You must be 21 years of age or older to receive an alcohol delivery from DriverEats. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of delivery โ no exceptions.
Only drivers approved for alcohol delivery accept these orders, and they are required to check a valid government-issued photo ID at every alcohol delivery. The following forms of ID are accepted:
Expired IDs are not accepted under any circumstances.
Our drivers are required by law and platform policy to refuse delivery if:
If delivery is refused, your order cannot be re-delivered. Refunds in these cases are at DriverEats' discretion and may not include the cost of the alcohol.
Alcohol delivery in Arkansas is regulated under Arkansas Code Annotated ยง3-3-201 and related provisions. Providing alcohol to a person under 21 is a criminal offense. Both the delivering driver and DriverEats take this obligation seriously.
Alcohol from the restaurant is sealed in tamper-evident packaging with a security sticker before the driver picks it up. Only drivers approved for alcohol delivery accept these orders, and they are required to transport it in compliance with Arkansas open-container law, verify a valid government-issued 21+ photo ID at delivery, and obtain the recipient's signature.
Alcohol may only be handed directly to the person whose name is on the order. It cannot be left at the door, handed to a roommate, or given to any other person โ even if that person is 21 or older.
